Hikes and early summer fun

Today Logan and I went on a hike to Silver Lake up American Fork Canyon with Grammy, Papa and Quinton. Ryan was at home sleeping after working last night.

Taking a break with uncle Quin

Logan only got a few rides on my shoulders on the way up to the lake; he hiked up most of the way all by himself.  He did such a good job.  Especially since this was only his second hike and over double the distance of the first.

Logan saying "I did it" at the end of our hike.
On Memorial Day we took Logan on his first hike without the little life backpack.  We went up to Buffalo Peak in Provo Canyon and got to see the view of our house from up high.

On our way down we ran into a couple who took a family picture for us with the beautiful snow capped mountains in the background.

The first week of June we went up Ogden Canyon for a family vacation.  We did some hiking and biking.  We went to Wolf Mountain Ski Resort and hiked around a little.
Logan enjoyed sitting on the ski lift.
At the end of the week we stopped at Pineview Resivor with Grammy, Papa and Quinton who came and stayed the last night with us at the condo.  We had fun working on our stone skipping skills.
