Geocaching

Ryan got a hand held GPS and he has been loading geocache's on it. This afternoon Ryan and I went and found one and then we went with Kevin, Tanner and Cooper to find some of the others. We found 2 of the 3 we looked for. We looked all around for the first geocache but couldn't find it. A few weeks ago we were talking with someone in our neighborhood who said that he has looked for the geocache three times and still has not been able to find it. We are going to have to go back and look for it again.

The first one we found was very small, we almost didn't find it; but it was so exciting when we found it.

After finding the one by UVU we decided to try and find another one. This one was a lot bigger, and had toys to trade.
We had a lot of fun and look forward to future geocaching trips!

Earth Day

Saturday April 19 was Earth Day. When I went grocery shopping at Macey's they gave me a Blue Spruce. So I talked to my Dad and got some pointers on how to take care of the tree. I went to Lowe's and got a big pot and potting soil and planted my baby Blue Spruce and am hoping that it will get bigger and someday I will plant it outside.

Sunday BBQ

Ashley's little sister Kayla and her boyfriend Kyle came and joined us for Sunday dinner. The weather was so nice today that we ate outside. We barbecued steak, had baked beans, fruit and salad. For Desert Kayla and Kyle brought Chocolate Chip cookies and Vanilla Ice Cream and we made our own Ice Cream Sandwiches; they were really good.

After Dinner we played some Frisbee.

We also took pictures with the blossoming Apricot tree in the background.
