Logan and I went with my cousins Elizabeth, Mary and Brooke and their kids to the Hogle Zoo. We had a really fun day. We got to touch one of the Tortoises.
Baby Zuri was playing. It was fun to watch her.
Logan got tired but didn't fall asleep till we were on the way home.
In the Giraffe house with cousins.
The Tigers were the most eventful. While I held Logan down in front of the glass one of the Tigers walked right in front of him drank some of the water and then lifted up his head and looked right at Logan and licked the glass by Logan's face. Logan's whole body shook and he spit and turned to hold onto me. It was a crazy experience; a lot of the other people watching the Tigers saw Logan's reaction too.
At the Ape house, it's tradition to see if you measure up to the size of the ape. They added a female, juvenile, and infant to the wall since the last time we were there. Logan is really close to the size of the infant.
On the train ride Logan wouldn't look at the camera, he was having too much fun looking at the animals.
We had a great day at the Zoo! we look forward to going back often.
